Ive had the best experience dealing with the Pedal on team so Im not surprised the amazing reviews on here. I bought a bike online on the sales as the prices were the best of any retailer for the model. I contacted them to request some small alterations to fit me better which they did free of charge.When it arrived, I struggled to set it up and the seat needed cutting, I was also concerned it was too big and needed exchange. I contacted the web sales team (Paul) who has been really helpful and suggested to come to the shop to get it fit or exchanged, he suggested another model to try in a smaller size which was ready when I arrived. Once there, Tim spent hours getting the bike perfect for me and fully set and also giving me great advice. Recommend them 100% and absolutely worth the trip from London. Thanks team!

Absalutly brilliant! The customer service was second to none, the sales guy took as much time as needed to kit me out and make sure I was happy. The shop is well kitted out so plenty to choose from. Would defiantly shop again, highly recommended.
