Some great Drs seem to leave very soon - one needs to look at the management of the practice and why such poor retention of badly needed staff. I've met some very abrupt practice partners - i can only imagine what they may be like to work alongside. This problem means they are running at 50% the number of DRs they had a decade ago. Expect a 6 week wait for none emergency appointments.
I can't get through on the phone to make flu jab appointments for myself and my daughter , on hold for ages .
Unable to get through on telephone after two attempts The first time I gave up after 15 mins and the second after 55 mins. I will have to visit the Centre to make the appointment .what a waste off time!!!!
Apparently they have doctors here! I wouldnt know for sure, as you can never get to see one!Doctors seem to always be leaving, but not enough replacements recruited. Its impossible to get an appointment, unless you can make them understand youre in deaths door, in which case youd be better placed going to A&E anyway! I can see why people end up in A&E instead of the GP. If we cant see our own doctor, where can we go for primary healthcare?...The staff are lovely, but obviously getting towards the end of their tether.
Impossible to get an appointment. I waited 25 minutes on the phone today before eventually hanging up. Although I need a regular repeat appointment I am not allowed to book the next one at the end of the current one. There is no facility for online booking and if you call out of hours it is not possible to leave a voice mail. It seems that this surgery does not want to see its patients if it can possibly avoid doing so.
