I frequently go to Edwards for a number of things! It is my first choice for dry cleaning - the attention to detail is incredible. I get all my keys cut here for both my workplace and home. Couldn't recommend enough!
Took my iPhone 8 for a repair, was fixed and working perfectly in under 30 mins, very reasonably priced and really polite with great service. I'll definitely be using this place again and telling friends!
Phone repair is awful - 90 to replace iPhone 7 Plus screen and the ear speaker doesnt work. Brought it back and within 5 mins got it working. It literally last 10 minutes and stopped working again. Further to this, the phone screen wouldnt respond to the touch at least 5 times a day and the only way to get it to work was to restart the phone by holding down the lock and volume button. Owner is horrifically rude and arrogant. Not apologetic and when I took it back to him 2 months later (already been back once which repair didnt work) and because I work 60 hours a week and havent got time to be without a phone for a full day whilst he opens it up to look at it. Baring in mind the screen apparently has 6 months warranty, his response was not a lot I can do about it because you were supposed to come back the next day but didnt bother - how does this work as if its six months warranty then why does it make any difference at all? Was arrogant and obnoxious and was trying to actually tell me off for not coming in sooner! If its under warranty its under warranty! In the end I bought a new phone as refuse to deal with such a con man! The phone screens he uses are cheap as well, youll notice the colour on the replacement versus genuine apple ones is dull and no where near as vivid. Appalling customer service, shocking way of doing business and an embarrassment to Tadley. Would strongly not recommend to anyone! He encouraged me to post this on social media so here you are my friend! :) - go on then you do that, have fun, off you pop is his exact words.
