I recently used Belvoir Tadley to sell a property, whilst unfortunately an another agent achieved the sale I wanted to share my experience.I personal owned and worked as an estate agents in Dorset for 15 years.I found Jacob and his team to be very approachable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. On the day I arranged valuations I had three local estate agents, two gave the usual lines, told me what I guess they thought I wanted me to hear, over promised and I would be confident in saying they would have under delivered!Right through the process I was kept well informed, all viewings were booked in I had text and email confirmation (Unlike another agent who went in without saying and left the doors open for the weekend!)All offers were put forward with quality information and checks made to buyers financial situations.Overall I would make Belvoir Tadley the only place to go for property sales and rental in the area.
