Strong smell or urine in the changing rooms, which are generally quite dirty and in need of regular cleaning. Pool itself also feels dirty and doesn't have the usual chlorine smell about it. Has good times for lane swimming but otherwise I would avoid if at all possible!
Great pool and now the new gym area. They just need to sort out the cleanness of the pool changing area.
Visited here for the toddler splash which is for under 5s and runs on a Sunday morning. Excellent event and the pool floor is raised to create a gradual incline making it much safer for young children. Lots of floats, balls, watering cans and buckets which kept children very occupied. The life guards were vigilant constantly patrolling and it felt safe. Compared to the aquadrome it was way better value and so much cleaner. Parking is free although there are not many spaces.
Nice 25m pool with all the usual stuff. There are kids only sessions were there are loads of balls and floats. There is also a brand new gym although I haven't used it.
Only go once a year, take a troop of scouts with us.Each time were let down by a lack of staffing, so the kids miss out on the floats.To be honest, serco run the pool as well as the aqua drone. Same situation their.Shocking
